When hard-to-find parts become accessible again
Owning a classic vehicle is a passion. But it's also a permanent challenge: finding replacement parts for out-of-production models can quickly become a headache. Exhausted auto junkyards, astronomical original part prices, endless delays... until now.
3D printing changes the game. At PARTS by ARDIAK, we use this technology to manufacture on-demand replacement parts that are faithful to original specifications, for vehicles that manufacturers have long since abandoned.
How does it work?
Each part is 3D modeled from original dimensions, then printed with materials selected for their mechanical, thermal, and UV resistance. The result: a functional, precise part, available in a few days—where it would have taken weeks of searching, or even costly artisanal manufacturing.
Our materials are chosen according to the constraints of each application:
- PETG for interior parts and light supports
- ASA / ABS for parts exposed to heat or weather
- Nylon PA12 and carbon fiber reinforced PET for mechanical parts subjected to high stress
- Transparent resin for instrument windows, lights, indicators
- TPU and flexible resin for seals and other flexible parts
-
Metal (Aluminum, Titanium, Copper, Stainless Steel...) for metal parts.
For which vehicles?
We aim to cover a wide range of classic vehicles, youngtimers, and restomods: European classic cars, legendary 4x4s, vintage utility vehicles, and many others. Our catalog is regularly expanded thanks to requests from our community.

Quality, traceability, controlled lead times
Each order is manufactured after validation. Production times are indicated on each product sheet. We ship throughout Europe, with full order tracking.
3D printing is not a compromise: it is a modern engineering solution serving vehicles that deserve to keep rolling for a long time to come.
